Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser in Prosper, TX to support merchandising, inventory, and online operations while delivering excellent customer service. You will stock and display products, assist with curbside pickup and delivery if assigned, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ years retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory; process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and building product knowledge.
• Support online operations and curbside pickup/delivery as needed.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely and comply with company policies.
