Job summary
Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Prosper, TX. You will help maximize inventory, support online orders, and create engaging displays while delivering friendly, informed service to customers in-store and during curbside pickup and delivery.
The role emphasizes merchandising, safety, compliance with alcohol laws, and cross-functional duties. The position may involve driving deliveries and supporting store operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly.
- May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing them about products and services.
- Maximize product inventory and support online business operations, including curbside pickup and delivery.
- Build displays and end caps, place signage and maintain knowledge of advertisements and promotions.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure adherence to alcohol sale laws.
- Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, following company policies.
