Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in Kansas to serve customers and support both in-store and online operations. As a Merchandiser, you will maximize inventory, build displays, process orders, and assist with curbside pickup and delivery while delivering exceptional service.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and support store promotions. A high school diploma is preferred, with 1–3 years retail experience; must be 21+ and flexible to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, and building displays.
• Support online business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with curbside pickup and delivery.
• Greet customers, provide service, and inform about products and services; promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
