Job summary

The TJ Maxx store seeks a dedicated team member to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience across the sales floor. You will ring purchases, handle returns, promote loyalty programs, and keep the floor clean and organized while following store policies.

This role may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store. We value strong communication, attention to detail, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to multitask while standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and handle money per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prep merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery and safety efforts.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and loss prevention standards.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by the store leadership.
