The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to contribute to a welcoming, organized, and efficient shopping environment at TJ Maxx.

You’ll engage customers, process transactions, and help maintain presentation standards across the sales floor while supporting safety and loss-prevention programs. Responsibilities include assisting customers with questions, promoting loyalty programs, and upholding company procedures for checkout and merchandise handling.

Responsibilities

• Support shrink reduction goals and loss prevention measures.
