Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Supports safety and loss-prevention initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
