Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to optimize product presentation at customer retail locations. You will service multiple accounts, follow planograms, rotate stock, and set up display materials while adhering to quality guidelines.

You will build relationships with store personnel, communicate daily needs, and work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical capability and reliable, independent work habits in a demanding field.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to meet diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to think critically and problem-solve on the job.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display areas.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelve where permitted; rotates products and checks vendor operations.
• Maintains back room by stacking and organizing product by package/flavor; handles returns and damaged goods.
• Builds and sustains business relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and proactive collaboration.
