Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at our retailers, service multiple accounts, and follow planograms and quality guidelines to attract shoppers.

You will move stock from backrooms, set displays, create POS materials, and build strong relationships with store personnel while maintaining a fast-paced, physically demanding workload (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work independently with little daily supervision.
• Company provided cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures.
• Physically moves products from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf; rotates product.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and opportunities.
