Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products attractively at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You will follow planograms, move products from backroom to display, and manage POS materials while coordinating with store management and cross-functional teams.

You will need strong communication and customer service skills, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy various customers.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Physically moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve; checks vendor operation.
• Organizes back room by stacking products by package and flavor; manages pallets and shells.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up, pricing, and programs.
