Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Merchandiser to represent our brands at retail locations across Texas. You will build displays, hang signs, rotate stock, and engage with store personnel to communicate product value.

This role requires travel within assigned accounts, a valid Texas driver’s license, and the ability to move up to 165 lbs. We offer competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Draught experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and effectively use handheld sales unit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for sales representatives when needed.
• Build healthy relationships with retail customers and communicate brand value.
• Collaborate with customers to design solutions meeting their needs.
• Sell in new brands by leveraging account relationships.
• Engage in regular calls to promote products, gain distribution, and stock levels.
• Maintain and rotate stock, ensure proper shelf placement and pricing.
• Organize and refill back stock, coolers and displays.
• Attend daily meetings with Area Sales Manager to discuss opportunities.
