Job summary

Ben E. Keith is seeking a Merchandiser to work at customer retail locations, building displays, hanging signs, and engaging with staff to communicate brand value. You will rotate stock and fill coolers and shelves to maximize visibility and sales.

You will collaborate with customers to understand needs, promote BEK brands, and execute merchandising programs while maintaining professional image and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Draught experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and effectively use the handheld sales unit.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) preferred.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be 18 yrs. or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for sales representatives as needed.
• Build relationships with retail customers and communicate brand value.
• Design solutions with customers to meet their needs.
• Sell in new brands and engage in regular call frequency with accounts.
• Promote brands at retail through promotions, education and merchandising.
• Maintain displays, signage, and shelf visibility; rotate stock.
• Ensure product freshness and organize back stock at accounts.
• Attend meetings with Area Sales Manager to discuss opportunities.
