Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Swing Sales Rep-Merchandiser to install and replace POS items, design displays, and maximize brand visibility across assigned accounts in Texas. You will rotate stock, support route coverage, and collaborate with customers to meet their merchandising needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to operate safely while promoting Ben E. Keith brands at retail and coordinating with the Area Sales Manager on market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school graduate or GED required.
• Ability to learn and effectively use the handheld sales unit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace permanent and promotional POS items to maximize brand visibility.
• Build and rotate promotional displays to increase volume at assigned accounts.
• Rest, rotate, and assess products; pull routes for Sales Representatives when needed.
• Engage in regular calls with accounts to sell products and gain distribution.
• Promote Ben E. Keith brands at retail through promotions and merchandising.
• Ensure visibility, appropriate pricing, and stock across beer shelves and displays.
• Organize back stock, coolers, shelves; maintain vehicle and safety standards.
• Attend daily meetings with Area Sales Manager to discuss opportunities.
• Communicate opportunities or challenges to Area Sales Manager, including competitive activity.
