Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Merchandiser to service customer retail locations, build displays, rotate stock, and communicate brand value to shoppers. You will partner with retailers to understand needs and execute merchandising plans that maximize visibility and sales.

The role requires basic computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid Texas driver’s license. A fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail are expected.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build healthy relationships with retail customers.
• Promote Ben E. Keith brands at retail through promotions and merchandising.
• Build product displays and signage for maximum visibility.
• Monitor inventory and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
• Communicate sales opportunities and competitive activity to the Manager.
• Operate company equipment safely.
