Job summary

Brightstar Lottery is seeking a Retail Merchandising Associate to drive sales across an assigned Michigan territory (Macomb/Shelby Twp). You will manage inventory, optimize retail presentations, and educate retailers to maximize performance in lottery products.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail or wholesale sales experience, proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and a valid driver's license. Lifting up to 50 pounds and regional residence are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in retail or wholesale sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for work on company-provided devices.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and reside in the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales within an assigned territory (Macomb/Shelby Twp, MI).

Responsibilities

As our next Retail Merchandising Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales within an assigned territory of Macomb/Shelby Twp , MI. It is within that responsibility that you will be asked to:

• Evaluate and manage product inventory, display, and presentation
• Optimize the inventory mix at retail locations through planogram, instant ticket ordering, and returns.
• Ensure customers’ Standards of Excellence are met at all points of retail distribution.
• Educate retailers and players to maximize sales.
• Review statistics with retailers on a consistent basis.
• Follow all lottery procedures such as picking up, dropping off, transferring, closing, and returning tickets to our warehouse.
• Complete required paperwork and assist with other projects as they are assigned.

Qualifications

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $29,120 – $52,458. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses.
