Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking an enthusiastic In-Store Merchandiser to support retailers and shoppers with engaging product displays and timely shelf resets. You will build displays and end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to help maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and team support, with opportunities for growth within an Advantage Solutions network across 40+ countries.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
