Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Ohio is seeking an in-store merchandising helper to support retailers and shoppers, building displays and end caps, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will work with store teams to ensure product presentation is compelling and aligned with brand standards, while maintaining safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
