Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to support retailers, build displays and end caps, rotate shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner. You must be 18 or older; no prior experience is required as we provide training.

Physical work includes moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation to the work location is required.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
