Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to help retailers meet shoppers’ needs and boost sales. You’ll build displays and end caps, rotate shelves, and monitor inventory to maximize opportunities.

This role emphasizes customer interactions and teamwork, with training provided and no prior experience required. You’ll work with store teams to ensure clean, appealing presentations and contribute to a nationwide network with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
