Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Kansas is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to help stores maximize sales opportunities.

No experience is required as we provide training and support to help you succeed. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and bring a friendly, customer-focused attitude to the team.

• Build displays and end caps to support product visibility.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and planogram compliance.

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers and help shoppers as needed.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
