Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a motivated in-store merchandiser to support retailers with display setup, shelf resets, and product rotation. You will also monitor inventory to optimize sales opportunities across partner stores.

No prior experience is required as full training and team support are provided. Must be 18+ with reliable transport and strong customer service skills.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
