Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is expanding its field team. This field-based merchandiser role requires driving your own vehicle to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.

Start times range from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM, with 5 days per week and overtime potential. You will handle loading/unloading, use pallet jacks, and document execution with photos, while maintaining backstock and using our routing tools.

Qualifications

• 18+ years or legal minimum age in state
• Reliable personal automobile transportation with valid license and insurance
• Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs with heavy loads
• 0–6 months of general work experience or similar roles

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company systems and devices for routing, compliance, and account monitoring
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and product freshness
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job description

• Pay: $24/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements


• Schedule: 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek


• Shift: Start times as early as 4am – 6am; working an average of 8-12 hours per day


• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes


• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck


• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring


• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts


• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.


• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.


• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools


• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
