Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser to service grocery stores and beverage outlets in the Ventura area. The role involves stocking, rotating, and displaying products along assigned routes using pallet jack or hand truck, with travel to multiple stores on a 5-day workweek including weekends.

Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly (up to 170 lbs for keg handling).

• Must have reliable personal automobile transportation and a good driving record; auto insurance per company/state minimums.
• Able to lift, push and pull 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs when handling keg products or pallet jacks.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support inventory and freshness.

Job description

• Pay: $24/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements


• Schedule: 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek


• Shift: Start times as early as 4am – 6am; working an average of 8-12 hours per day


• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes


• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck


• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring


• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts


• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.


• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.


• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools


• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
