Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a field-based Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages at grocery stores and retail outlets across assigned routes in California. You will drive your own vehicle, manage backroom and display duties, and use company tech to document execution and routing.

The role requires 18+, a valid license with a clean driving record, and ability to lift 25–50 lbs. High School diploma preferred; benefits include car reimbursement and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and meet state minimum age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Auto insurance coverage must meet company and state minimums.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, rotate, and display products.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment.
• Use company systems for routing, inventory checks, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.

Job description

• Pay: $24/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements


• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek


• Shift: Start times as early as 4am – 6am; working an average of 8-12 hours per day


• Bonus: $1,000 Sign On Bonus


• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes


• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck


• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring


• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts


• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.


• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.


• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis


• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
