Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser in California who will travel using their own vehicle to stock, rotate, and display products across grocery stores and retail beverage outlets. The role includes early start times (4am–6am), 8–12 hour days, and a schedule of five days per week, including weekends.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, with up to 170 lbs for keg handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and meet state age requirements.
• Reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver’s license and acceptable auto insurance.
• Able to lift 25–50 lb regularly and up to 170 lb when handling keg products or pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas by consolidating products for inventory and freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Pay: $24/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements


• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek


• Shift: Start times as early as 4am – 6am; working an average of 8-12 hours per day


• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes


• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck


• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring


• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts


• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.


• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.


• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools


• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
