Job summary

Marshalls in Waco, TX is seeking a team-oriented associate to ensure a great customer experience, process deliveries efficiently, and keep the store organized. You will help with tagging, hanging, and stocking merchandise while upholding company standards and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership-like role, with strong communication and the ability to work nights and weekends. A competitive hourly wage accompanies a benefits package.

• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and recovery standards.
• Maintains signage standards and merchandising philosophy.
• Promotes safety awareness and supports shrink reduction goals.
• Communicates with management and Associates on priorities and progress.
