Job summary

Marshalls in Round Rock, TX is seeking a team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will help keep the store organized, tag and stock merchandise, and participate in backroom operations.

Responsibilities include training Associates, coordinating truck deliveries, and maintaining signage and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Maintains an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store clean and organized; role models customer service.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitors productivity and coaches as necessary; organizes and rotates back stock for replenishment.
• Maintains signage standards and backroom organization; adheres to safety and waste programs.
