Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in South Jackson seeks a Retail Production Associate to support store operations by sorting, pricing, and preparing donated Softline and Hardline merchandise for the sales floor.

You will work in a quota-driven production environment, maintain safety standards, use pricing tools or POS systems, and collaborate with backroom and sales teams to ensure merchandise is accurately processed and ready for display.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to follow established production processes and safety guidelines.
• Ability to sort, price, and prepare donated merchandise accurately under time pressure.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and presentation meet standards.

Responsibilities
