Job summary

Ulta Beauty, a leading North American beauty retailer, seeks a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations and drive top-line sales. You will oversee a team, manage shipments, replenishment, omni-channel activities, pricing changes, and markdowns while ensuring compliance and excellent guest service.

The role requires 1–2+ years in fast-paced retail management, strong leadership, and a passion for operational excellence. Full-time, on-site with flexible scheduling, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive service culture, execute merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, motivate talent, adapt to change, lead and influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, loyalty, payroll and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Use store forecasts and budgets to plan schedules and staffing needs.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to guide actions and improvements.
• Lead by example to train, coach, and develop associates and ensure guest experience excellence.
