Job summary

Target Corp in Granger, IN is hiring a General Merchandise Team Leader to drive guest experience and store operations. You will lead daily workload, coach hourly teammates, and ensure product availability and accurate pricing on the sales floor.

Oversee fulfillment tasks (pick/pack/ship) where applicable; ensure accurate stock and pricing.
Maintain product availability, signage, and merchandising to create a guest-ready store.
Support leaders in implementing Target policies and safety procedures.
