Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a store associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and follow loss prevention and merchandising standards.

You will be part of a supportive team with flexible scheduling, and the position offers entry-level hourly pay with opportunities to cross-train across store areas.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and follow standards.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and manage cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Assist with store recovery and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
• Support loss prevention and safety initiatives as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
