Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a superior in-store experience at our USA Marshalls location. You will engage with customers, follow store procedures, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor while supporting merchandise and loss-prevention standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, the ability to multitask, and adaptability to store needs. Previous retail experience is a plus; a flexible schedule is required.
