Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and lead a team.
• Engage customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintain backroom organization and recycle/hazardous waste programs.
• Support loss prevention goals and store safety standards.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management and Associates.
