Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience with leadership exposure.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced store environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing by Associates.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through engagement and store cleanliness.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded; maintain backroom organization.
• Collaborate with management to achieve store goals and uphold labor policies.
