Responsibilities

• Assist management in supervising associates, assign duties, train staff, and ensure policy compliance.
• Receive and stock merchandise, maintain sales floor, and process paperwork and logs.
• Ensure safety, monitor product rotation and cleanliness, and uphold merchandising standards.
• Lead teams to meet timelines and quality, and support open-door policy.
• Oversee club pick-up orders and communicate improvements across departments.
