Job summary

Bluejack National is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to support merchandise operations and member services. You will process merchandise, assist with tee-time scheduling inquiries through the club app, and handle POS transactions in a courteous, professional manner.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and maintaining a welcoming retail area. High school diploma required; Texas driver’s license may be needed for certain tasks. Weekday/weekend shifts offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or hospitality helpful.
• Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Assist members with scheduling tee times in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to member questions regarding the Club’s mobile app.
• Maintain a clean, organized retail and work environment.
• Process member and guest purchases using the POS system.
• Provide friendly, professional service and support to team members.
