Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Promotions Manager for the 7NOW New Verticals marketplace in Irving, TX. You will own the consumer promotions from concept to post-analysis and lead cross-functional work with Product, Analytics, CRM, Loyalty, and Sales to shape the customer journey and measure impact.

The role requires strong data fluency, advanced Excel, and experience with testing and optimization in an early-stage growth environment. Collaborate with Marketing for campaign copy and placement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consumer promotions, growth, pricing, or customer retention roles; marketplace, delivery, e-commerce, or subscription business experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and data fluency; ability to work with large datasets, build forecasts and track spend against plan; familiarity with dashboards (Power BI)
• Experience designing and interpreting promotional tests, including control groups and incrementality measurements
• Knowledge of promotional economics, discount depth, margins, and trade-offs between acquisition and retention
• Experience translating customer research and behavioral data into offer and journey decisions, across in-app, email, push, and SMS channels

Responsibilities

• Own the consumer promotional calendar and end-to-end execution for the 7NOW New Verticals marketplace, including design, build, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
• Align objectives with business strategy through planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Define and manage the consumer journey from first order to repeat purchase for each stage.
• Develop actionable strategies from customer insights and market research; translate into recommendations.
• Partner with CRM to develop and sequence customer communications and coordinate with marketing on placement and copy.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to implement enhancements for better experience and efficiency.
• Build a repeatable promotional playbook to support expansion into new markets.
