Job summary

Inmar seeks a Retail Media Engineer to drive buyside revenue growth in Rogers, AR by unlocking new revenue opportunities with Retail Media Network partners. You will articulate the value of our retail media offerings to growth managers and coordinate with product, marketing, and customer excellence teams.

Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, aligning with retailer sales teams, and delivering strategic insights on retailer priorities and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
• 2-3 years of Retail Media or retail media adjacent experience.
• 4-6 years in onsite/offsite media monetization and strategy development.
• Proven sales, customer development or brand marketing experience in retail context.
• Strong ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale revenue opportunities with retailer sales organizations.
• Identify initiatives to unlock incremental revenue via integrations and commercial models.
• Support co-marketing opportunities with retailers and enable teams with messaging.
• Provide strategic insights on retailer priorities to the buyside sales org.
• Develop buy-side joint business plans with RMNs and inform product strategy.
