Job summary

You will lead the marketing calendar, manage budgets, supervise the marketing team, and coordinate with tenants and media partners to ensure brand consistency and measurable results across digital and print channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with direct supervisory responsibility over a sales and/or marketing team.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into marketing strategies and objectives to drive district growth.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar including events, promotions, and partnerships.
• Oversee digital advertising, print collateral, and media relationships to ensure brand consistency.
• Lead sponsorship activations and coordinate with tenants and partners for cross-promotions.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team to deliver measurable results.
