Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred with some college/technical certification.
• Two years’ retail store experience with strong customer service orientation.
• Proven knowledge of personal computers, point of sale systems, safety, and cleaning equipment.
• Experience handling large amounts of cash using currency and coin counters; fast-paced with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day store operations including product displays and directing team duties.
• Prepare deposits and change orders for vault processing; manage cash handling.
• Reorder inventory based on thresholds; coordinate deliveries and credits as needed.
• Set up and organize sales displays per manager instructions; assist with budgeting and staffing needs.
• Monitor sales reports and forecast future sales based on promotions and seasons.
• Develop team members; handle scheduling, evaluations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all casino policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Be adaptable to varying schedules including weekends, holidays, and events.
