Responsabilidades

• Oversee staff and store operations during a shift to ensure smooth performance.
• Coordinate and perform cash register sales transactions and cash management.
• Provide sales coordination, customer service, and problem resolution as needed.
• Schedule and allocate work to cover floor needs during operating hours.
• Monitor cash receipts, reconciliations, and daily sales reporting.
• Restock items, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety standards.
• Train team members per company policies and procedures.
• Support promotions and merchandising on the floor.
