Responsibilities

• Lead the overall customer and brand experience across the store
• Ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect brand direction
• Own visual execution and prioritize daily action plans
• Coach and develop Victoria’s Secret Supervisors and Selling Associates
• Collaborate with Store Manager on talent lifecycle and performance
• Oversee labor scheduling and daily workforce management
• Support floorset mapping, product launches, and shipments
