The candidate will manage KPIs, budgets, staffing, and operations, ensuring compliance and an outstanding guest experience. Flexibility for varied schedules and opening/closing shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail or beauty is preferred.
• Flexible availability to support business needs.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance.
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software.

What You'll Do

As the Retail Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the center while coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals. This is a full-time, in-center leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required)
• Flexible availability is required to support business needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, Lift/move up to 25 lbs, and reach items stored at various heights.

Scheduling Requirements

This is a full-time leadership role, flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Center Managers are typically expected to work two Saturdays per month. Hours and schedules may vary based on business needs.
