As a ready-to-lead team member, you will help supervise during the Store Manager's absence, deliver outstanding customer service, assist with merchandising and scheduling, and ensure profitability across all departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and achieve goals and profits.
• Self-starter with initiative for important tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and responsibilities.
• Ensure quality customer service and promote services and merchandise.
• Perform general administrative duties and train in Store Manager's responsibilities.
