Job summary

MobileOne LLC in Utah is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to immerse yourself in all aspects of operating a T-Mobile Premium Retail Store. The 90-day blended-learning program trains you in supervising daily store activities, staffing, scheduling, and developing operational action plans while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience in retail, preferably wireless.
• Ability to lead and coach to deliver financial results.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Pass a pre-employment background check in compliance with laws.
• High school diploma or GED and be at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest services, store operations, sales, profitability, and costs.
• Hire and develop a team of effective Sales Associates.
• Train staff on store systems, including the Point of Sale.
• Coach staff to provide strong customer experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and engaging visual merchandising.
• Keep staff updated on new T-Mobile products and sales techniques.
• Ensure customer needs are met and onboard new customers smoothly.
