Job summary

MobileOne LLC is seeking a motivated leader for its MIT program. This 90-day blended-learning experience prepares you to run your own store, supervise daily operations, drive sales, manage staffing and scheduling, and mentor your team while building leadership skills.

You will oversee guest services, inventory, HR, and store expenses, while ensuring visual merchandising aligns with MobileOne/T-Mobile standards and customer experience excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience (wireless industry required).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing guest services, store operations, sales, profitability, merchandise, inventory, expense control, HR management, and operating costs.
• Familiar with all aspects of retail, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention and team leadership.
• Primary point of contact for employees of the retail store.
• Responsible for overall productivity and delivering results based on KPIs.
• Hire and develop a team of effective Sales Associates.
