Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• In absence of Store Manager, supervise store operations.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure departmental standards and tasks are completed.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per policy manuals and procedures.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
