Qualifications

• Experience in retail, footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Consult with Store Manager to plan selling/restocking/merchandising/ordering/scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Be aware of inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure high-quality customer service is maintained.
• Perform general administrative duties and learn Store Manager's responsibilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures and manuals.
• Protect company assets and financial information by internal controls.
