Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably footwear/athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure departmental responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained and documented in manuals.
• Perform general administrative duties and learn Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote services and merchandise.
