Job summary

Maurices Incorporated in Plymouth, IN is seeking a Manager in Training to work with the store manager and teams to drive sales and deliver a customer-focused environment. The MIT will participate in a training program to prepare for a Store Manager role within 3–6 months and must be relocatable to a new store group as needed.

The role involves leading by example, managing talent, and ensuring execution of company direction while supporting payroll and visual standards in a regular/full-time

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Supervisory experience required in a customer focused environment.
• Experience in the fashion industry preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and setting goals and executing company direction.

Responsibilities
