Job summary

Sun Tan City in Franklin, TN, is seeking a motivated leader for Salon Director in Training to drive store performance and ensure exceptional client service. The role supervises Tanning Consultants and leads by example in sales and operations.

The ideal candidate has management or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for team leadership. This position offers opportunities for advancement in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to deliver a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with salon director duties.
• Support top-line revenue and labor cost control.
• Work nights and weekends; 5-day weeks (35–45 hours).
